Even my formal complaint is ignored. I am irritated and frustrated.
I am a first buyer without a chain and the process has already taken 5 months and is still not finished. They do not instruct the customer on the process and do not specify deadlines. I will never use their service again and I hope people will read this review and stay away from the lawyers in Walthamstow`s office. Incorrect/duplicate forms sent repeatedly, resulting in delays in my help with the purchase of the app. Somehow, I managed to send all the money from my home deposit to a completely random personal account of someone who has nothing to do with my home purchase. and didn`t bother to tell me until my real estate agent told them they should probably let me know. I would never touch this business again and advise people to avoid it at all costs! Terribly terrible. They never answer, leave the work unfinished. They are lazy and incompetent.
A day before the completion of my property, after I had paid my full bill, the lawyer then told me that we owed £500 after questioning the bill several times.
