For the safety and enjoyment of our fans, violations of these rules may result in eviction, loss of parking spaces and/or ticketing privileges. Golf carts, motorcycles and motorized scooters are not allowed in the mobile park at night. Penn State Athletics does not recognize them as vehicles that can be parked in our parking lots. Fans are reminded to purchase a parking spot at the Bryce Jordan Ticket Center at least 15 days prior to the game or on Friday. 1. Vehicles, with the exception of cars parked within 300 feet of Beaver Stadium, will be searched by university police. 2. When the one-way street pattern ends, fans can leave their properties and leave the stadium area by any route. They are not available until VHR tickets open or at the box office. Accompanying car parking permits cannot be purchased until the PHEV Field opens at 6 p.m. on Thursdays. Game-day permits will not be accepted at the overnight RV parking lot or escort parking lot. They are only available for parking on Saturdays. A maximum of one escort permit per RV parking space can be purchased per RV driver at the RV night kiosk. Motorhome drivers accompanied by their support vehicle can obtain the parking permit upon entry into the property. Original drivers with an RV permit must be present with identification to verify a subsequent sale on Thursday and Friday for a support vehicle if the vehicle does not arrive with the RV.
RV drivers who have received an RV parking permit from the original owner must present the RV parking permit and be present at the kiosk when their support car arrives. If an escort vehicle arrives and the RV driver is not present to check the condition of the support vehicle, no parking permits will be sold. The family property is located at the intersection of Park Avenue and University Drive and should be eastbound via Park Avenue. Please note that alcohol is not allowed in this car park. Visitors wishing to park overnight on campus must park in the East, HUB, Nittany or West parking lots, where visitor parking is available at $1 per hour (maximum daily fee of $16). Payment is required for parking time at these facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Traction vehicles can stay with the motorhome in the assigned chicken coop, but are not allowed to enter and exit. Once the towing vehicle leaves the RV at night, it becomes a support vehicle and must pay the $60 fee to park in parking lot 24 on Thursdays and Fridays, subject to availability. If the towing vehicle does not fit in the hen house, it automatically becomes an escort vehicle, pays the escort car fee and, depending on availability, parks in parking lot 24. In this case, we would not allow the driver of the owner of the motorhome to purchase an additional escort vehicle permit for lot 24 if a parking permit for the towing vehicle has already been obtained. Fans entering the ORV property will be parked at the entrance by park attendants. You cannot choose your own place or reserve seats for other motorhomes.
If you want to park with another motorhome, you must plan to travel together. On game day, RV locations depend on your property. Penn State Athletics reserves the right to determine RV parking based on weather, parking and demand. In the event that lots are closed for any of these reasons, permit holders will be contacted by email. Updates will also be posted on social media by GoPSUsports.com and Penn State Athletics. Grange Park is made up of hundreds of tailgaters who enjoy the football weekend together. All policies apply to both motorhomes and day visitors. A car can exit and enter the escort parking lot on Thursday evening and Friday if the appropriate permit is presented to the guard. It is recommended that cars leaving on Saturday morning return before the start of one-way parking. If traffic is one-way, the only way to reach Parcel 24 is from the north on Fox Hollow Road from Toftrees to the left turn to Farm Ten Road at the corner of Lot 22.
