Legallais Animal Hospital

I have been living in Aurora for about 6 years and have been going to see Dr. Doug, Dr. Nora and Dr. Jacqui for about 5 years and they are some of the nicest people you would ever want to work with your pets. The staff is always very welcoming and always has biscuits in hand for my dog Bailey. Bailey is so excited to go. I would recommend the Legallais Tierarzthosp to anyone. The LeGallais Veterinary Hospital has been serving the companion animal population in and around Aurora, Ontario since 1999. We are a full-service veterinary facility offering comprehensive health services including; Wellness exams, preventive medicine programs, pain management and control, vaccinations, surgery, dentistry, radiology, abdominal and cardiac ultrasound, laboratory testing (including wellness profiles), hospitalization, and microchipped pet identification. At LeGallais Veterinary Hospital, we strive to provide your pet with the best possible care. We believe that patient comfort is of paramount importance to our customers. We are very proud and have been taking care of every animal since 1999 as if it were our own.

Our family moved to the Aurora area about 7 1/2 years ago and at that time we had two elderly animals who have since passed away. All our relations with this hospital have been nothing but positive. At no time did we feel that any of the doctors were anything other than professional, caring and compassionate, and knowledgeable about the issues we were facing. Whatever our concerns, we always received answers or calls at home to ease our concerns, often even after their normal business hours. There was no doubt in our family spirit when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved pets that this was a hospital that showed compassion, care and concern for our pets and grieving family. All the staff were very supportive and helped tremendously with this transition. The flowers and card that were sent to us and the donation from the Pet Trust Fund to the University of Guelph, in memory of our pets, to continue disease research to help pets from other families was truly a remarkable gesture. When it came time to expand our family again, we probably wanted to continue going to LeGallais Veterinary Hospital with our 3 family members. All the doctors and staff at this hospital will make you feel immediately welcome and will show genuine interest and interest in your family members, furry or human.

As soon as you walk through the door and meet one of the staff, you will immediately feel part of their family and you will soon see how compassionate, dedicated, loving and caring this hospital is with its patients, clients and the community. All the prices that adorn the mantle and walls speak volumes and are a great indication of it. You will immediately know your part of a big family that truly cares about your pets and your family. I would highly recommend this hospital without a doubt to anyone who needs an honest and trustworthy, compassionate and dedicated hospital that truly cares about your pet`s care and health needs. EXCELLENT VETERINARY CLINIC – THE BEST IN THE AREA, I TRIED OTHERS, THEN FOUND LEGALLAIS. THE OFFICE IS PLEASANT, COMPASSIONATE, FRIENDLY, FAIR, HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY. 3 PETS = 18 YEARS = AMAZING SERVICE I was very disappointed to read one of the reviews about this excellent veterinary clinic (until I clicked on the person`s account and saw that they had had other unwanted experiences with companies. Go figure!) Dr. Doug and Dr. Nora are perhaps the most professional animals in York Region. The staff are amazing and to my surprise, I even remembered the name of my dog and daughter when we came back for our second visit.

I had my pets with Dr. Doug for five years, both for routine admissions and for scary times that turned out to be just allergies. If you are looking for a veterinarian who cares about the well-being of your pet and knows how to treat you as your pet`s owner, I highly recommend this clinic. We took our Persian cat to this vet in November 2009 because she was not eating, had diarrhea, was fluid and very lethargic. We asked Dr. Nora to look at it. She came to the conclusion that on her first examination, she had no idea what was wrong with her, but that she was very dehydrated. She palpated her stomach and told us she had a tumor in her abdomen. We were scared, we thought the worst, she even suggested that we had to put her to sleep. X-rays showed that the « tumor » was actually his kidney. I would like to know where these veterinarians went to school, because they cannot distinguish a kidney from a tumor.

The best veterinary care in your community. Book with us today. Great care from these veterinarians for our dog? The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I can`t say enough positive things about them. Very thorough with my dog grooming, Dr. Doug Legallais is a wonderful vet. I have been bringing my champion dog to his clinic since we moved to Aurora in 2002. I would recommend Dr. Doug to all my friends and family. Do you think your friends might be familiar with this company? Ask your friends on Facebook what they think. Sorry, we couldn`t provide you with directions for these places.

You can`t ask for more than what the Legallais team offers. From the friendly and friendly reception staff to their flexible and courteous schedule, you will always feel comfortable taking your pets with you for quality care. All veterinarians (Dr. Doug, Nora and Jacqi) are very dedicated and take great care of the animals in their care, and there is no doubt that their knowledge and skills are top notch. Keep up the good work!!!.
