Ms. Jacqueline Loh received the Public Administration Medal (silver) in August 2010 and the Public Administration Medal (gold) in 2018. Under the Housing and Development Act, the HDB is responsible for planning and carrying out the construction or upgrading of buildings, clearing slums, managing and maintaining land and buildings owned by HDB, and providing loans to individuals for the purchase of land or social housing.
