The No. 5 Applied Finned Tube Machine is capable of producing five basic fin types on incremental tube sizes from 9/16″ (14.29 mm) to 2″ (50.8 mm) fin height from 1/4″ (6.35 mm) to 1″ (25.4 mm) to 4 to 13 fins per inch. In addition, the No.5 Applied finned tube machine has the ability to apply 5/8″ carbon steel recessed fins to pipe sizes of 1″ and above, as well as 3/8″ high integrated stainless steel fins. Each machine is configured for the specific production requirements of the end user.
